NIT DELS GENIS, S.L., as the organizing company of the FISM Europe Championship of Magic FISM ECM -Manresa 2027  (hereinafter FISM ECM 27), makes the website https://www.fism-ecm.eu and its corresponding pages available to internet users.

By accepting this agreement, you declare:

- That you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into contracts.

- That you have read and accept these Legal Terms and Conditions.

Access to and/or use of the website https://www.fism-ecm-eu is entirely voluntary and confers the status of user upon anyone who accesses it. All users accept, from the moment they access the website, without reservation, the content of these "Purchase Policy" and the "Privacy Policy." Consequently, users must carefully read both policies before accessing and using any service on the website, under their sole responsibility.

The user can access, print, download, and save the Legal Terms at any time. These terms will be permanently accessible on the website via the link located in the footer of every page.

The purpose of this website is to allow users to subscribe to the services of FISM ECM  Manresa 2027, organized by Nit dels Genis, S.L., as well as to purchase services and/or products offered therein.

Validity Requirements

The following are requirements for the validity and effectiveness of the contract:

• Email response from NIT DELS GENIS, S.L. or, failing that, from FISM-ECM.

• Proof of payment made by the client from the corresponding entity.

User Obligations

The user agrees to use the website and the services accessible from it diligently, in full compliance with the Law, good morals, and these Legal Terms and Conditions, and with due respect for other users.

Generally, the provision of services does not require prior subscription or registration by users. However, NIT DELS GENIS, S.L. requires prior completion of the corresponding user registration (company or individual) for the use of some services, selecting a username and password that the user agrees to keep secure and use with due diligence.

The password is for personal use only and is non-transferable; its assignment, even temporarily, to third parties is not permitted. Therefore, the user must take the necessary measures to safeguard their chosen password, preventing its use by third parties. Consequently, the user is solely responsible for any use made of their password, and NIT DELS GENIS, S.L. shall be held harmless in this regard. Should the user become aware of or suspect the use of their password by third parties, they must notify NIT DELS GENIS, S.L. as soon as possible.

Registration will be carried out as expressly indicated within the service itself.

All information provided by the user through the services must be truthful and accurate. To this end, the user guarantees the authenticity of all data provided when completing the forms required to subscribe to the services.

Likewise, it is the user's responsibility to keep all information provided to NIT DELS GENIS, S.L. permanently updated so that it reflects the user's current situation at all times. In any case, the user will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for any damages caused to NIT DELS GENIS, S.L. or third parties as a result of the information provided.

Prices, Payment Methods, and Returns Policy

Prices may be changed at the company's discretion based on current marketing policies. The company offers payment options via bank transfer or PayPal. PayPal payments can be made using the following methods:

Cancellation of contracted services can be done by contacting the FISM-ECM organization via email at direccio@nitdelsgenis.com

The invoiced amount will be refunded according to the following percentages:

75% if the application is submitted before December 31, 2026

50% if the application is submitted before March 31, 2027

25% if the application is submitted before June 20, 2027.

After this date, no cancellations will be accepted.

Cancellation or postponement of the event due to force majeure

If, due to force majeure such as a war, an act of terrorism, natural disaster, epidemic, or causes entirely beyond the control of NIT DELS GENIS, S.L., the FISM ECM cannot be held on the scheduled dates, no registration fee will be refunded, pending a possible rescheduling.

Once a new date has been decided, if the registered participant cannot attend, they may request a cancellation and an 80% refund of their payment within 60 business days from the date of the official announcement. They will not be entitled to any other compensation.

In the event of permanent cancellation due to any of the aforementioned causes, NIT DELS GENIS, S.L. It undertakes to return 90% of the payment made to all registered participants who request it in writing to direccio@nitdelsgenis.com within 30 business days from the date of the official announcement of the cancellation of the Congress.
